简介：

本品是由聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)稠化高度化学稳定性的全氟聚醚油(PFPE)，并添加特种抗腐蚀添加剂精制而成的白色润滑脂。氟素脂专用于化学腐蚀环境中要求终身润滑的部件，具有极佳的化学惰性、耐久性和低挥发性。

Description：

This product is a white grease made of polytetrafluoro-polyether oil (PFPE) thickened by polytetrafluoro-ethylene (PTFE) with high chemical stability and added with special anti-corrosion additives.Fluorin lipids are specially designed for components requiring lifelong lubrication in chemically aggressive environments with excellent chemical inertia, durability and low volatility.

用途：

w 适用于高温、强腐蚀介质、有机溶剂、强氧化介质、核辐射等极端苛刻场合下工作轴承的润滑与防护。

w 适用于一般油脂无法承受的极高温、高负载轴承、齿轮、导轨、凸轮的润滑与减摩。

w 特别适用于薄膜拉伸拉幅机轴承、热定型机输送带轴承、瓦楞纸机轴承、热风机轴承、热油泵轴承、高温电机轴承的润滑。

w 打印机、复印机的定影组件上的定影膜。

w 高温阀门与密封件的润滑。

w 需要避免润滑材料挥发的场合，如清洁室设备和半导体制造设备。

Application：

w Suitable for lubrication and protection of working bearings under extreme harsh conditions such as high temperature, strong corrosive medium, organic solvent, strong oxidizing medium and nuclear radiation.

w Suitable for lubrication and friction reduction of bearings, gears, guide rails and cams at extremely high temperature and high load which can not be borne by general grease.

w Especially suitable for the lubrication of film stretching machine bearing, heat setting machine conveyor belt bearing, corrugated paper machine bearing, hot fan bearing, hot oil pump bearing and high temperature motor bearing.

w Suitable for Fixing film on fixing component of printer and copier
