DE Excellentcut 230是高性能、生物抵抗性高的极压乳化液，容易和各类水混合形成乳白色液，适合多种最艰辛的机械加工。

DE Excellentcut 230是中等油份含量的产品，低泡沫特性，提供卓越的工件可见度，稀释液寿命长。产品含有高性能的添加剂，能给刀具最大的保护，可取代一些传统纯油的应用。

DE Excellentcut 230不会污染含铁和非含铁材料，能用于各种合金，包括含铁金属、中等抗拉强度钢和高碳钢、铜合金和铸铁。特别适合现代CNC加工中心使用。

DE Excellentcut 230亦适用于普通加工、高速精细加工和外圆磨、平面磨和螺纹成型等多种磨削加工。以10 - 15 % 浓度稀释，可达到如纯油一样的性能表现，特别适合镗孔和钻孔加工。

DE Excellentcut 230 does not contaminate ferrous and non-ferrous materials and can be used in a variety of alloys, including ferrous metals, medium tensile steel and high carbon steel, copper alloys and cast iron.Especially suitable for modern CNC machining center.   

Excellentcut 230 is also suitable for general processing, high speed fine processing and external grinding, surface grinding and thread forming, etc.Diluted at 10-15% to achieve the same performance as pure oil, especially suitable for boring and drilling.
